There are tons of people who come to newgrounds.com, don't read the rules, cause a huge amount of trouble and then complain at length for having had "their" (stolen) submissions removed. Or that they were banned from a certain portal "for no reason", etc.
Those people put a massive strain on the moderation team as well as on Mr. Fulp himself - as certain aspects of the site cannot be easily be reported on to a moderator (or they do not have the possibility to do anything about it) - so those cases land in his PM-box.
Hang out 3 days in the Artist News ( https://www.newgrounds.com/news/artists ) and you'll see what I mean. ;)
